The Reserve is a gated development completed in 2009 comprised of six luxurious waterfront residences overlooking a large swimming pool, set within 12,000 sq. ft. of lush tropical gardens. The Reserve affords private dockage where yachts can be safely moored, ready to cruise around the Caribbean’s wonderful inlets.

Both the Frangipani and Bougainvillea units are furnished with fully fitted kitchens, a utility room with a washer/dryer, a powder room followed by an open plan dining and sitting area that opens onto a large covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and the private marina beyond. Both master and guest bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces to provide the level of privacy and comfort you desire. The units come with secure car parking and private boat dockage spaces (max. 11 feet width).

The smart architectural design of The Reserve enhances the Trade Winds to naturally cool the unit all year round with a pleasant breeze. The open space concept of each unit allows free movement from the pool to the kitchen without having to open doors or use the A/C. All bedrooms are equipped with centralized A/C systems.

The owners first came to Saint Lucia over 30 years ago and have been coming back yearly since. They chose The Reserve Condominium as they felt that The Reserve best encompassed their vision of exclusive “Caribbean Living” within a small gated condominium giving the sensation of being 'pampered in your home, away from home'.

It provides an idyllic and exclusive place of retreat where peace and tranquility is assured, yet you can be as active as you wish, as we are within easy walking distance to all of the amenities such as bars, restaurants, caf├ęs, banks, tennis, water sports, marina and much more. To rent a vehicle is a choice and not a requirement!

Please note that the communal pool or waterfront dock area are not fenced in! We advise families with toddlers or young children to seek alternative accomodation as we feel that they will not be able to truly relax and enjoy the setting.
